随着BIM技术的高速发展,在工程前期规划、设计、施工以及运营中,BIM模型的关联性、协调性、模拟性以及可优化性在火灾分析、模拟、优化过程中发挥其巨大的优势。模拟建筑火灾时烟气的散播、火灾的发展,其结果中可以输出建筑物火灾时的温度、能见度等物理量的变化,人员疏散过程中疏散路径的优化等,为建筑各阶段防火减灾提供依据和参考,从而缩短工期、降低成本、提升效率。
