应用M型、二维超声心动图和脉冲多普勒超声心动图,评价糖尿病人的左室舒张功能。结果表明:①左房收缩引起的AV平面位移增加;心房收缩期AV平面位移与全舒张期位移的比值大于50%(P<0.01);②二尖输血流A峰最大流速大于E峰最大流速;A/E比值大于1(P<0.01);③多普勒二尖瓣血流A/E值与左房影响的AV平面位移存在良好的相关性(r=0.81).提示定量检测AV平面位移,可作为左室舒张功能评价的一项新的超声心动图指标。
M-type, two-dimensional echocardiography and pulsed Doppler echocardiography were used to evaluate left ventricular diastolic function in diabetics. The results showed that: ① AV plane displacement caused by left atrial contraction increased; the ratio of AV plane displacement and total diastolic displacement in atrial systole was more than 50% (P <0.01); ②maximum flow velocity of A peak in mitral blood flow was greater than E peak (P <0.01). The A / E values of Doppler mitral flow had a good correlation with AV plane displacement of left atrium (r = 0.81) . Prompt quantitative detection of AV plane displacement, can be used as a new echocardiographic evaluation of left ventricular diastolic function.
