目的研究儿茶酚-O-甲基转移酶(COMT)抑制剂托卡朋对帕金森患者运动能力的影响。方法选取我院2010年8月-2013年8月帕金森患者128例,抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,每组64例。对照组给予复方左旋多巴治疗,观察组给予COMT抑制剂托卡朋联合复方左旋多巴治疗,比较两组的治疗有效率,并根据Webster评分对两组患者的运动能力进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.44%,较对照组的89.06%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组双手动作(1.31±0.47)分、姿势(1.01±0.64)分、行走摆动(1.52±0.49)分、强直(1.18±0.64)分、步态(1.15±0.85)分、震颤(0.82±0.71)分、坐立(0.57±0.41)分、面容(1.11±0.62)分、言语(0.98±0.56)分、自我照顾(0.89±0.56)明显低于对照组[(1.53±0.61)分、(1.28±0.84)分、(1.79±0.64)分、(1.41±0.48)分、(1.53±0.8)分、(1.29±0.45)分、(0.82±0.56)分、(1.42±0.65)分、(1.24±0.48)分、(1.13±0.54)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用COMT抑制剂托卡朋治疗帕金森患者的治疗有效率得到提高,运动能力得到有效改善,有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of tolnaftram-O-methyltransferase (COMT) inhibitor tokappin on exercise capacity in Parkinson’s patients. Methods A total of 128 patients with Parkinson disease from August 2010 to August 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomized into observation group and control group with 64 patients in each group. The control group was treated with compound levodopa. The observation group was treated with COMT inhibitor tokamape in combination with compound levodopa. The treatment efficiency was compared between the two groups. The exercise capacity of the two groups was compared according to Webster’s score. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.44%, which was higher than that in the control group (89.06%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group had both hands movements (1.31 ± 0.47) points and posture (1.01 ± 0.64) (1.52 ± 0.49) points, tetralogy (1.18 ± 0.64) points, gait (1.15 ± 0.85) points, tremor (0.82 ± 0.71) points and sitting position (0.57 ± 0.41 points) (0.98 ± 0.56) and self-care (0.89 ± 0.56) were significantly lower than those in the control group [(1.53 ± 0.61), 1.28 ± 0.84, 1.79 ± 0.64, 1.41 ± 0.48, (1.29 ± 0.45), (0.82 ± 0.56) points, (1.42 ± 0.65) points, (1.24 ± 0.48) points, (1.13 ± 0.54) points respectively, all of the differences were statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Parkinson’s disease with COMT inhibitor tokapene improves the treatment efficiency and improves the exercise ability effectively, which has clinical value.
