徐效钢同志是图书馆界唯一的全国劳动模范,现为江西庐山图书馆馆长。他于1969年12月参军,在部队里为了抢救国家财产,全身被化学药品和烈火烧伤达百分之八十以上,丧失了工作能力,生活也不能自理。但他不愿终生由国家赡养。他要以一个残废之躯继续为人民工作。于是他来到了庐山图书馆。十多年来,他凭着顽强的革命精神,坚韧不拔,自强不息,奋力拚搏,从一个图书馆的看门人锻炼成为一个图书馆的行家里手,一个出色的图书馆馆长。 Xu Xiaogang comrades is the only national model library workers, Jiangxi Lushan Librarian now.
