他的书法,习古今为己所用,提倡“寻根本源”;他的画作,不图奇险冷峻,但求率真本色。霍连军,笔名墨龙,书画家、作家、学者。朋友称赞他有“七绝”:诗、书、画、释、儒、道、易。在上世纪80年代末,霍连军即在山西文坛崭露头角,是当时山西年纪最小的青年作家,至今已出版多部散文集、诗集、小说。而在书画方面,霍连军更是将其对国学、历史的深刻理解融入其中,风格自成一家。
His calligraphy, used in ancient and modern for his own use, advocated “root of the roots ”; his paintings, not the draconian dangerous, but the rate of true colors. Huo Lianjun, the pen name dragon, painter, writer, scholar. Friends praised him for having “Qi Jue ”: poetry, books, paintings, interpretations, Confucianism, Taoism and Yi. In the late 1980s, Huo Lianjun came to prominence in Shanxi literary circles. He was the youngest young writer in Shanxi at that time. So far, he has published many essays, poems and novels. In terms of calligraphy and painting, Huo Lianjun incorporated his deep understanding of Chinese learning and history into his own style.
