在室内设计了无离析、轻度、中度、重度和细集料离析5种不同离析程度的沥青混合料,测定了不同离析混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性及力学强度特性,定量分析了不同离析程度对沥青混合料性能的影响,并建立了基于路用性能的混合料离析评价标准。结果表明:离析对混合料的路用性能有显著影响;与无离析混合料相比,当混合料发生中度和重度离析后,其高温稳定性显著下降,混合料剥落点处的车辙深度分别增加52.8%、51.8%,-10℃时的间接拉伸强度分别下降30.9%、42.8%,抗剪切强度分别下降45.8%和52.3%;基于路用性能的离析评价标准可用于指导沥青混合料非均匀性的定量检测和评价。
In this paper, five kinds of asphalt mixtures with different degrees of segregation without segregation, mild degree, moderate degree, severe degree and fine aggregate separation were designed in the laboratory.
