反思性教学是指教师以自己的教学活动过程为思考对象,对自己所做出的某种教学行为、决策以及由此所产生的结果进行审视和分析的活动。20世纪80年代以来,“反思性教学”或“教学反思”在教师教育领域兴起。进入21世纪以来,也引起我国教育界的广泛关注。那么如何才能进行有效的教学反思呢?教学反思有哪些有效的途径呢?作为一名大学英语教师,在教学实践中,我们应该如何通过教学反思提高教学技能,改进教学效果呢?笔者在本文中将结合自己教学实践,谈谈教学反思的途径。
Reflective teaching refers to the teacher’s own teaching activities as a process of thinking, to make some of their own teaching behavior, decision-making and the resulting results to examine and analyze the activities. Since the 1980s, “reflective teaching” or “teaching reflection” has arisen in the field of teacher education. Since entering the 21st century, it has also caused widespread concern in China’s education circle. So how can we carry out effective teaching reflection? What are the effective ways of teaching reflection? As a college English teacher, in teaching practice, how should we improve teaching skills and improve teaching effectiveness through teaching reflection? Will combine their own teaching practice, talk about the ways of teaching reflection.
