我国甘蔗糖炼制质量基本上是取决于煮糖操作者的经验,因而质量和产量不够稳定。采用微型计算机为主体配备煮糖流变仪等的控制装置,稳定了煮糖质量、提高了出糖率、节省能源、降低了成本,收到了显著的经济效果。本文对控制装置的技术参数、工作原理和经济效果做了全面介绍。对煮糖的数学模型、软件设计和微机应用于煮糖需特别注意的问题也作了论述,可供参考。
The quality of sugar cane sugar refining in China basically depends on the experience of boiled sugar operators, so the quality and yield are not stable enough. Microcomputer used as the main component of the control device such as boiled sugar rheometer, stabilizing the quality of boiled sugar, sugar increased rate, save energy, reduce costs, received a significant economic effect. This article gives a comprehensive introduction to the technical parameters, working principle and economic effect of the control device. On the mathematical model of the sugar, software design and computer applications in the need to pay special attention to boiling sugar has also been discussed for reference.
