目的调查某甲烷氯化物建设项目职业病危害因素,分析和评价其控制效果。方法根据国家有关职业卫生标准,采取现场职业卫生调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查方法。结果该建设项目选址与总体布局、生产工艺、设备布局、职业病防护设施、个体使用的防护用品等基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》要求,装卸岗位盐酸不符合标准,最高浓度达8.2 mg/m3,其它岗位职业病危害因素浓度(强度)控制在国家现行标准之内。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施基本有效,建议设气体防护站、加强装卸车辆管理。
Objective To investigate occupational hazards in a methane chloride construction project and analyze and evaluate its control effects. Methods According to the national occupational health standards, occupational health survey, workplace occupational hazards and occupational health examination methods were adopted. Results The site selection and overall layout, production technology, equipment layout, occupational disease protection facilities and individual protective equipment basically met the requirements of “Hygienic Standards for Design of Industrial Enterprises”. The hydrochloric acid for loading and unloading work did not meet the standard and the highest concentration was 8.2 mg / m3, the concentration of other occupational hazards (intensity) control within the current national standards. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in the construction project are basically effective. It is suggested to set up gas protection stations and strengthen the management of loading and unloading vehicles.
