全国初三语数教学状况调查的结果表明,城市一些中学的现状令人担忧。在这些学校中,差生的比例大、程度差,而且近年来有越来越严重的趋势。差生的形成与转化受社会、学校、家庭诸多因素的影响,转变差生需要进行综合治理。但是一味把差生形成的原因推向客观,不在教学上寻找规律,也是不对的。在这方面,常州市二十七中为我们提供了很好的经验。
The results of the survey on the teaching status of the first trimester in the whole country show that the status quo of some high schools in the city is cause for concern. In these schools, the proportion of poor students is large and the degree of difference is poor, and in recent years there has been a more and more serious trend. The formation and transformation of poor students are affected by many factors of society, schools and families. Poor students need to be comprehensively managed. However, it is also wrong to blindly push the reasons for the formation of poor students into objectivity and not look for laws in teaching. In this regard, Changzhou City, twenty-seven provided us with a good experience.
