急性早期脑梗塞的治疗方法很多,其中最常用的是血管扩张剂。我院自1995.1～1997.1其收治急性早期脑梗塞180例,联合应用复方丹参、脉络宁、培他啶、维脑路通治疗,取得显著疗效,现报告如下: 1 临床资料 1.1一般资料:180例均为住院患者,男108例,女72例,年龄38～80岁,平均62岁,均是首次发病。符合1986年中华医学会第二次全国脑血管病学术会议第三次修定的缺血性脑血管病诊断标准。其中轻型:意识清楚,肌力Ⅳ—Ⅴ级,68例;中型:意识清楚,肌力Ⅱ— Acute early cerebral infarction in many ways, the most commonly used is vasodilators.
