目的探讨影响DR设备验收检测结果的可能因素。方法依据WS 76-2011对1台DR设备进行验收检测,得到管电压指示的偏离等9个指标的检测结果,分析了不合格指标的原因并逐一排查,完成对不合格指标的纠正。结果与X射线管系统相关的管电压指示的偏离等5个指标均符合WS 76-2011的要求,且其偏离均处于较低水平;有用线束垂直度偏离等3个几何参数均不符合WS 76-2011的要求;立式胸片架安装存在明显缺陷,在球管最大可调范围内照射野中心和胸片中心无法对齐。结论 DR设备新安装后的验收检测很有必要,可以在早期发现设备性能方面存在的问题,对设备使用维护及质量控制均有所帮助,同时也利于对医疗照射的防护。
Objective To explore the possible factors that affect the acceptance test result of DR equipment. Methods According to WS 76-2011, a DR equipment was tested for acceptance, the test results of nine indicators such as deviation of tube voltage indication were obtained. The causes of nonconforming indicators were analyzed and investigated one by one to correct the unqualified indicators. Results The five indicators such as deviation of tube voltage indication related to X-ray tube system all met the requirements of WS 76-2011, and their deviations were at a low level. The three geometrical parameters deviating from the verticality of the useful wiring harness did not meet WS 76 -2011 requirements; vertical chest radiography There are obvious defects in the installation of the tube can be adjusted within the scope of the center of the radiography and chest center can not be aligned. Conclusion It is necessary to newly inspect the DR equipment after it is installed. It can detect the problems of equipment performance in the early stage, and can help the equipment maintenance and quality control as well as the protection of medical irradiation.
