选取湖南省长沙市某节能住宅小区一普通居民住宅为分析对象,通过运用动态能耗模拟分析软件ENERGYPLUS建立模型,模拟计算住宅顶层房间的热环境和不同类型屋顶的住宅能耗。并通过经济分析,计算了各类型屋面的静态回收期。最后,整合归纳出适应湖南地区气候特点的住宅屋顶设计策略,以期解决湖南地区长期普遍存在的屋顶保温隔热性能差的现状问题,从而为湖南地区住宅屋顶设计提供参考。
This paper chooses an ordinary residential building in an energy-saving residential area in Changsha City, Hunan Province as the analysis object and builds a model by using dynamic energy consumption simulation and analysis software ENERGYPLUS to simulate the thermal environment in the top floor of a residential building and the residential energy consumption of different types of roofs. Through economic analysis, the static payback period of various types of roofs is calculated. Finally, the residential roof design strategy that is adapted to the climatic characteristics of Hunan Province is summarized and summarized in order to solve the long-term prevailing problem of poor roof thermal insulation performance in Hunan Province, thus providing a reference for residential roof design in Hunan.
