青年数学教师(一般指35周岁以下的数学教师)在1~5年要练好课堂教学基本功,在6~10年要形成教学特色,这两个五年是一名青年教师成长的关键期。如何使青年教师在这一时期快速发展,笔者认为其关键是钻研教材、对典型课进行研究、借助数学期刊、运用录像课进行教学研究、同一课进行不同设计的对比教学研究、与同行“说点子”等。本文以笔者自身的发展为例,与青年数学教师谈谈如何用好“两个五年”陕速发展,欢迎批评指正。
