快速凝固工艺制备的 Ni61A124Mn15合金薄带具有细晶粒组织,明显改善了合金的变形性能.合金薄带在拉伸和弯曲 两种状态下形状记忆回复率都达到了70%以上,且热弹性马氏体相变温度都高于 150℃.高温区形状记忆效应的产生与合金薄带中面心立方和密排六方结构马氏体 体心立方结构母相之间的热弹性马氏体相变有关.
The Ni61A124Mn15 alloy ribbon prepared by rapid solidification process has fine grain structure and obviously improves the deformation properties of the alloy. The recovery rate of shape memory of alloy ribbon reached more than 70% in both tensile and bending conditions, and the thermoelastic martensitic transformation temperature was higher than 150 ℃. The shape memory effect in high temperature region is related to the thermoelastic martensitic transformation between the parent phase of the hexagonal martensite cubic structure of face-centered cubic and close-packed hexagonal structure in the alloy ribbon.
