本文用脂质体包裹胞壁二肽(MDP)观察其对巨噬细胞的激活作用及抗肿瘤转移作用。~(125)IUdR释放试验显示,被脂质体包裹MDP激活的C57BL小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的抗肿瘤活性显著增强。用脂质体包裹MDP静脉注射使接种过肿瘤细胞小鼠的肿瘤肺转移率和转移量显著减少。结果说明,脂质体包裹MDP能低量高效地激活巨噬细胞;体内应用具有强大的抗肿瘤转移作用。
In this paper, liposome-encapsulated dipeptide (MDP) was used to observe its activation on macrophages and anti-tumor metastasis. The ~ (125) IUdR release assay showed that the anti-tumor activity of peritoneal macrophages of C57BL mice activated by liposome-encapsulated MDP was significantly increased. Intravenous injection of liposome-encapsulated MDP significantly reduced tumor lung metastasis and metastasis in mice inoculated with tumor cells. The results showed that liposome-encapsulated MDP can activate macrophages in a low amount and efficiently. In vivo application has a strong antitumor effect.
