由昆明医学院第一附属医院肿瘤细胞病理室建立的我国第一株可移植性小鼠胰腺腺泡细胞癌(KMPC-83)于1984年7月28日在昆明通过鉴定。在云南省科委、省卫生厅主持下,由北京、上海、天津、大连、山东、云南及人民解放军等17个专业科研、教学、医疗单位的22名专家教授组成的鉴定委员会,一致认为KMPC-83不仅是我国首次建株,填补了国内空白,在国际上也属罕见。尤其是该瘤株具有定向转移特性,肿瘤细胞可经由血道向肺、腹腔内网膜、胰腺等组织浸润和转移,具
The first mouse transplantable pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma (KMPC-83) established in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College was identified in Kunming on July 28, 1984. Under the auspices of the Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Commission and the Provincial Health Department, an appraisal committee composed of 22 experts and professors from 17 professional scientific research, teaching and medical institutions in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Dalian, Shandong, Yunnan, and the People’s Liberation Army, agreed that KMPC -83 is not only the first time that China has built a plant, it has filled the gaps in the country and is rare in the world. In particular, this tumor strain has a directional metastasis characteristic. Tumor cells can infiltrate and metastasize to the lungs, intraperitoneal retina, pancreas and other tissues through the blood tract.
