航空发动机外部管路系统的管路建模和流动分析分别在CAD和CAE软件中进行,在管路设计及改进时往往需在2种软件之间进行重复建模和数据传递,耗费大量时间与资源。为此,基于UG/Open API技术,通过对UG管路模型几何与拓扑信息进行研究,利用流体仿真软件FOCUSS-FS开发了UG NX3.0工作平台下的内嵌式管路流阻分析模块,实现了发动机管路建模时的实时在线流动分析,极大地提高了外部管路设计效率。
Pipeline modeling and flow analysis of the external piping system of aeroengine are respectively carried out in CAD and CAE software. During the design and improvement of the pipeline, it is often necessary to repeat the modeling and data transmission between the two kinds of software, which consumes a lot of time Resources. Therefore, based on the UG / Open API technology, through the research on the geometry and topology information of the UG pipeline model, the embedded pipeline flow resistance analysis module under the UG NX3.0 working platform was developed by using the fluid simulation software FOCUSS-FS. The real-time on-line flow analysis during engine pipe modeling is realized, which greatly improves the design efficiency of external pipelines.
