1992年6月初,位于我市中区××宾馆一台WNS2-8-Q型天然气锅炉在点火时突然发生炉膛爆炸,爆炸气浪掀开烟道处的防爆门,将烟囱出口增设的消声装置撕脱,抛出30多米远。由于是清晨,行人稀少,未造成伤亡。事故发生后,我们进行了现场调查,判断是吹扫不充分,炉膛内残存的可燃性气体与空气混合比在爆炸极限内,点火时发生爆炸事故。经检查点火程序保护装置工作正常(点火前期吹扫为十分钟,符合设计使用要求),天然气电磁阀有轻微泄漏。显然,燃气电磁阀的泄漏是不允许的,但根据泄漏程度分析以及模拟十分钟吹扫足以吹尽炉膛内的余气,导致这起吹
