On the morning of June 11, the brightly colored banners of the provincial government agencies and institutes displayed a strong festival-like atmosphere. The grassroots launching ceremony under the safe production month of 2006 was grandly launched here. Wang Silian, deputy director of Provincial People’s Congress made a special trip to the scene to make a speech. Provincial Deputy Secretary-General Liu Mingxin presided over the ceremony.
