用 GC-MS方法测定了小茴香挥发油的全组分 ,以 1 ,1 ,6,6-四苯基 -2 ,4 -己二炔 -1 ,6-二醇作为主体分子 ,选择性地将小茴香挥发油中的茴香醚作为客体 ,与之形成超分子包结物晶体 .采用 IR,粉末 XRD,1H NMR确定了包结物的形成及其主客体分子摩尔比为 2∶ 1 ,利用 Kugelrohr真空蒸馏技术将茴香醚从包结物晶体中分离出来 .用 IR,1H NMR,MS等方法 ,确定了被分离出化学组分的结构为反式茴香醚 .用 GC方法测定了选择分离挥发油化学组分 ,实验结果表明 ,该方法分离挥发油化学组分选择性高 ,速度快 ,方法简单
The components of essential oil of fennel were determined by GC-MS method. The main components were 1,1,6,6-tetraphenyl-2,4-hexadiyn-1,6-diol, The anisole in volatile oil of fennel was used as guest to form supramolecular inclusion crystal.The formation of inclusion complex and its host-guest molar ratio were determined by IR, powder XRD and 1H NMR, which were determined by Kugelrohr vacuum Distillation technique was used to separate the anisole from the crystal of the inclusion complex.It was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and MS that the structure of the isolated chemical component was trans-anisole.Through the GC method, Points, the experimental results show that the method of volatile oil chemical components separation of high selectivity, fast, simple method
