本文对氟化食盐防龋效果进行了为期３年的临床观察，结果表明，实验组乳牙和第一恒磨牙新龋发病率及新生龋均、龋面均都低于对照组，尿氟含量在正常值范围以内，且未检出氟牙症。提示运用２５０ＰＰｍ氟化食盐防龋是一种安全有效的方法。
