我们知道体育教学不仅是进行各种身体练习的过程,也是思维的过程。任何运动技能的形成,都需要调动学生学习的积极性,更重要的是要求教师正确把握学生心理活动规律,学生在体育课中表现出各种不同的心理倾向和心理行为。如果教师能紧紧的把握住学生课堂心理活动规律,科学地施教,就会不断提高教学质量,收到良好的教学效果。下面,我想就在体育课堂上,用一些心理学的基本理论和规律进行教学这个问题,谈谈自己的认识和看法。
We know that physical education is not only a process of performing various physical exercises, but also a process of thinking. The formation of any sports skills, need to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn, more importantly requires teachers to correctly grasp the law of students’ mental activity, students in physical education showed a variety of psychological and psychological behavior. If teachers can grasp the rules of students’ psychological activities in class and teach them scientifically, they will continuously improve their teaching quality and receive good teaching results. Now I want to talk about my own understanding and opinion in the physical education classroom with some basic theories and laws of psychology.
