现代管理科学认为:“要使学校的各项工作协调地运转起来.取得高效率、高质量、有成效,需要学校领导者科学行使各项管理活动”。体育教师作为体育教学的组织者、管理者和领导者,其课堂管理行为在相当程度上决定着体育教学的效果。然而长期以来。人们对体育教师课堂管理行为研究甚微,特别是对教师课堂管理行为要素体系的构成、要素之间的相互关系。以及影响教师课堂管理行为的因素等深层次问题,基本上局限在认识论范围内,停留在思辨水平上。
