CRH5型动车组转向架制动横梁在焊接过程中,由于局部瞬时的急速加热和冷却,导致整体结构不可避免地产生较大的焊接变形量。同时,焊接残余变形也是影响结构设计完整性、制造工艺合理性和结构使用可靠性的关键因素。目前,制动横梁焊后需要2名操作者进行火调和冷调,火调面积占全部的60%~80%,大面积、长时间的火焰调修使得制动横梁各组成部件收缩严重。其中,横梁管调修后尺寸缩小2~6mm,使支撑板没有后续加工余量,无法保证产品质量,生产效率极其低下。本文针对制动横梁焊接的难点和要领,结合多年的工作实践经验,总结了焊接变形有效的控制措施和方法。

At present, the brake beam welding requires two operators for fire reconciliation and cooling, fire area accounts for 60% to 80% of the whole, a large area, a long flame repair makes the components of the brake beam contraction serious. Among them, the beam pipe repair size reduced 2 ~ 6mm, so that there is no follow-up support plate allowance, can not guarantee product quality, production efficiency is extremely low. In this paper, the difficulties and essentials of brake beam welding, combined with many years of practical experience, summed up the effective welding deformation control measures and methods.
