The new structure of the drill - milling compound cutter, as shown, is composed of a cutter body 1, the cutting edge 2 and tail handle composition. As with the conventional drill, two spiral grooves 4, 5 are formed in the cutter body 1, and the cutting edge 6 is polished at the end portion. In addition, on the surface of the blade, fine grooves 7 having the same pitch and direction as those of the spiral grooves 4 and 5 and reverse fine grooves 8 intersecting with 7 are milled to form serrated edges 9 in a staggered pattern of “checkers” On the bit surface, this constitutes a drill-milling compound cutter. If it is used as the “end mill” to process parts, this staggered teeth to avoid the surface of the workpiece spiral spiral milling, to ensure a certain degree of surface finish.
