从津白Ⅱ号小鼠自发性乳腺癌TA2MA891建立了体外长期传代细胞系MA891。MA891细胞保持了TA2MA891的高转移特性,皮下接种后肿瘤进行生长,并无一例外地发生肿瘤肺转移。MA891细胞的免疫原性极弱,表现为:(1)淋巴细胞-肿瘤细胞混合培养(MLTC)只能诱导出低水平的细胞毒T细胞(CTL);(2)肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)含量少,体外经IL-2扩增后只表现出微弱的细胞毒活性;(3)在小鼠体内不能诱导特异性肿瘤排斥反应。MA891可作为研究人类肿瘤生物治疗的有用实验模型。
An in vitro long-term cell line MA891 was established from TA2MA891, a spontaneous breast cancer in Jinbai II mice. The MA891 cells maintained the high metastatic properties of TA2MA891. After subcutaneous inoculation, the tumors grew without tumor metastasis. The immunogenicity of MA891 cells is extremely weak, as follows: (1) Lymphocyte-tumor cell culture (MLTC) can only induce low levels of cytotoxic T cells (CTL); (2) Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) With low content, only weak cytotoxic activity was shown after IL-2 amplification in vitro; (3) specific tumor rejection could not be induced in mice. MA891 can be used as a useful experimental model for the study of human tumor biotherapy.
