在自制的微型化学滚镀槽中,模拟工业化学滚镀条件,研究以NdFeB为基材,添加光亮剂的滚动化学镀镍工艺,并对所得镀层的性能进行分析测试.测试结果表明,镀层光亮,平整,结合力强,结构致密,耐腐蚀性好.
In a self-made miniature chemical barrel, the conditions of industrial chemical barrel plating are simulated, the rolling electroless nickel plating process using Nd-Fe-B as base material and brightener is studied, and the performance of the obtained coating is analyzed and tested. Test results show that the coating is bright, smooth, strong binding, compact structure, good corrosion resistance.
