采用溶胶凝胶法合成ZnS∶TM(TM= Mn, Cu)水溶胶, 研究了它们的光学性质. 通过吸收光谱计算得到微粒的尺寸约为3~4nm . 光致发射光谱中给出了所对应掺杂中心的发射带, 其能量来源于基质ZnS的吸收. 通过旋涂法制备了ZnS∶Cu 纳米微粒EL器件, 测定了其启动电压和耐压值以及EL光谱强度与电压的关系, 初步探讨了可能的发光机理
ZnS:TM (TM = Mn, Cu) aqueous sols were synthesized by sol-gel method and their optical properties were studied. The size of the particles calculated by absorption spectrum is about 3 ~ 4nm. The photoemission spectrum shows the emission band of the corresponding doping center, whose energy is derived from the absorption of matrix ZnS. The ZnS:Cu nanoparticle EL devices were prepared by spin-coating method. The relationship between the starting voltage, the breakdown voltage and the intensity of EL spectra and the voltage were measured. The possible luminescent mechanism
