采用载体挤出成型的方法,通过改变胶溶剂硝酸的加入量制备不同γ-Al_2O_3载体,同时用过量浸渍法负载15%Ni和5%Mo,制备得到Ni Mo/γ-Al_2O_3。通过BET、XRD、SEM等手段对载体和催化剂进行表征,并进行催化脂肪酸甲酯加氢脱氧反应性能评价,探究了载体对催化性能的影响。实验结果表明,当胶溶剂硝酸的质量为拟薄水铝石质量的7.5%,Ni Mo/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂在反应压力为2.9 MPa,反应温度为355℃,液时空速为2.0 h-1时,具有较佳的加氢脱氧性能,原料的转化率为92.5%,液相产品中正构烷烃C15~C18的选择性可达到71.7%。
