The authors report that a 36-year-old male patient had emergency visits due to recurrent severe headache. Headache attack was radial, emanating from the temple to the earlobe, a similar symptom of light-off intermittent for nearly 2 months. Consultation nurses, emergency department doctor on duty to do a neurological examination, including the feeling, muscle strength and various reflections, were not abnormal. A retrospective medical history, the patient recently separated from a 10-year-old wife and a 5-year-old daughter with no similar headaches in the family history and no personal history of migraine headaches and cluster headaches. At that time, the doctor thought the patient had a headache
