利用分别添加FZB-42、GM及Bio菌剂的基质培育黄瓜幼苗,研究其在12℃低温下贮藏3、6、9、12 d后黄瓜幼苗叶绿素含量、净光合速率、生物量以及贮藏后光合速率恢复情况等。结果表明:FZB-42和Bio能增加黄瓜幼苗叶绿素含量,保持较高的光合速率,黄瓜幼苗低温贮藏后其光合速率能较快地恢复到正常生长植株的水平。同时,FZB-42处理黄瓜幼苗MDA含量相对较低,表明细胞膜结构受破坏程度低。FZB-42和GM处理在低温贮藏期间能使黄瓜幼苗保持较稳定的鲜质量,幼苗长势整齐。
The cucumber seedlings were incubated with FZB-42, GM and Bio-bacteria substrates, respectively. The chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, biomass and photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings after 3, 6, 9 and 12 days storage at 12 ℃ were studied. Rate recovery and so on. The results showed that FZB-42 and Bio could increase the chlorophyll content of cucumber seedlings and maintain a higher photosynthetic rate. The photosynthetic rate of cucumber seedlings quickly restored to the normal growth level after being stored at low temperature. At the same time, MDA content of cucumber seedlings treated with FZB-42 was relatively low, indicating that the damage of cell membrane structure was low. FZB-42 and GM treatments kept cucumber seedlings stable and fresh during storage at low temperatures, and seedlings grew neatly.
