目的 探讨高分辨率 CT(HRCT)在颞骨骨折诊断中的应用价值 .方法 收集颞骨骨折 5 2 (男 45 ,女 7)例 5 6耳 ,主要临床症状有耳道流血、面瘫、听力障碍、旋晕 ,所有患者行1 .0 ,1 .5或 2 .0 mm层厚 HRCT扫描 ,对疑有听骨链损伤者在听小骨区行重叠扫描 .结果 纵行骨折 30耳 ,横行骨折 1 4耳 ,混合性骨折 7耳 ,面神经管损伤 31耳 ,耳蜗、半规管损伤 5耳 .结论 HRCT是诊断颞骨骨折有效的方法 ,对疑有颞骨骨折的病例 HRCT应作为常规检查手段
Objective To investigate the value of high resolution CT (HRCT) in the diagnosis of temporal bone fracture.Methods Fifty-six cases of temporal bone fracture (male 45, female 7) were collected and the main clinical symptoms were ear canal bleeding, facial paralysis, hearing impairment, All patients underwent HRCT scans of 1.0, 1.5, or 2.0 mm thick layer thickness, scanning the auditory bone region suspectedly of ossicular chain injury.Results Longitudinal fracture of 30 ears, transverse fracture of 14 ears , Mixed ear fracture (7 ears), facial nerve tube injury (31 ear), cochlea and semicircular canal injury (5 ears) .Conclusion HRCT is an effective method to diagnose the temporal bone fracture. HRCT should be used as routine examination for the suspected temporal bone fracture
