随着中国科技与经济的高速发展,全球化进程已经成为共识。在2002年以前,中国已经成为全球引进外资金额最大的国家。越来越多的中小企业重视人力资源的开发和管理,员工英语培训的重要性也得到了很大的提升。为了提升企业员工的英语水平,适应竞争的需要,企业必须重视员工的英语培训工作。但从目前来看,英语培训中还存在一些问题与误区。因此,应当借鉴国外的培训模式,立足实际企业需求,为员工提供卓有成效的培训,提升员工英语水平。
With the rapid development of science and economy in China, the process of globalization has become a consensus. Before 2002, China had become the country with the largest amount of foreign investment in the world. More and more SMEs attach great importance to the development and management of human resources, and the importance of employee English training has also been greatly improved. In order to improve the English level of employees, to meet the needs of competition, companies must attach importance to staff training in English. However, for the moment, there are still some problems and misunderstandings in English training. Therefore, we should learn from the foreign training model, based on the actual needs of enterprises, to provide effective training for employees to enhance staff English level.
