目的通过分析厦门市2012-2014年放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果,评估厦门市放射工作人员受照剂量水平及防护现状,为进一步做好辐射防护管理措施提供依据。方法采用热释光个人剂量计常规监测方法,对厦门市1659人次放射工作人员的外照射个人剂量水平监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2012-2014年厦门市放射工作人员年均个人有效剂量当量范围0.28~0.34 mSv/a,平均0.31 mSv/a,以介入治疗组最高,为0.47 mSv/a,其次为核医学组(0.41 mSv/a),放射治疗组和放射诊断组相对较低。结论厦门市2012-2014年放射工作人员年均有效剂量明显低于20 mSv/a国家标准规定的年有效剂量限值,厦门市医疗放射工作场所防护条件可满足健康和安全需要。
Objective To assess the dose level and protection status of radiation workers in Xiamen City by analyzing the personal radiation dose monitoring results of radiation workers in Xiamen City from 2012 to 2014 and provide the basis for further radiation protection management measures. Methods The routine monitoring methods of personal dosimeter with thermoluminescence were used to analyze the monitoring results of personal dose of external radiation of 1659 radiation workers in Xiamen City. Results In 2012-2014, the average individual effective dose equivalent range of radiation workers in Xiamen was 0.28-0.34 mSv / a with an average of 0.31 mSv / a. The intervention group was the highest, 0.47 mSv / a, followed by the nuclear medicine group (0.41 mSv / / a), radiation therapy group and radiation diagnosis group is relatively low. Conclusion The annual average effective dose of radiation workers in Xiamen during 2012-2014 is obviously lower than the annual effective dose limit prescribed by the national standard of 20 mSv / a. The protective conditions of medical radiation work places in Xiamen can meet the health and safety requirements.
