公共关系学是一门新兴的学科,已引起我国企业与行政管理人士及一些理论工作者的重视。 公共关系是社会组织或企业内求团结完善,外求和谐发展,借助各种方法和手段理顺主客体关系,谋求共同利益的活动过程……。 企业做为社会系统的一个分支既是相对独立的,又是向社会开放的子系统。如何使这个子系统内部机制健全,具有竞争力、开发力、增殖力、应变力、凝聚力、进取力,这是目前乃至今后一个时期我国企业特别是大中型国有企业需要解决的一个首要问题。
Public relations is a new discipline and has attracted the attention of Chinese companies and administrators and some theoretical workers. Public relations is a process in which social organizations or enterprises seek unity and perfection, seek external harmonious development, and use various methods and means to rationalize the relationship between the subject and the object and seek common interests.... Enterprises as a branch of the social system are both relatively independent and open to the community. How to make the internal mechanism of this subsystem sound, competitive, development, proliferation, resilience, cohesion, and enterprising force, this is the most important issue that China’s enterprises, especially large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises need to solve.
