目的 :从鸦胆子油中提取分离对尖锐湿疣有活性的成分。方法 :采用溶剂萃取和硅胶柱层析分离 ;体外抑菌、抑滴虫试验观察抗菌、抗滴虫作用 ;小鼠皮下注射组胺观察对瘙痒的影响 ;热板法观察对小鼠的镇痛作用 ;用巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀观察抗炎作用。结果 :鸦胆子油部分Ⅱ ,Ⅲ对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌、溶血性链球菌、淋球菌都具有较强的抗菌作用和较强的抗阴道滴虫作用 ;并具有一定的镇痛、止痒、抗炎作用。结论 :鸦胆子油中部分Ⅱ ,Ⅲ为其治疗尖锐湿疣的活性成分
Objective : To extract and isolate active components from Condyloma Acuminata from Brucea javanica oil. METHODS: Solvent extraction and silica gel column chromatography were used to isolate the antibacterial and anti-trichomonas effects of antibacterial and anti-trichomoniasis in vitro. The effects of histamine injection on the pruritus in mice were observed and the analgesic effect on mice was observed by hot plate method. Effect; Anti-inflammatory effect was observed by swelling of mouse ear caused by croton oil. RESULTS: Part II and III of Brucea javanica oil had strong antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Streptococcus hemolyticus, and Neisseria gonorrhoeae and had a strong anti-trichomonial effect. And have some analgesic, itching, anti-inflammatory effect. Conclusion :Part II and III of Brucea javanica oil are active ingredients for treating condyloma acuminatum
