以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革给检察工作带来的巨大挑战和压力已经逐步显现。结合当前工作实际和诉讼制度改革提出的新要求,刑事检察工作应当在以下几个方面谋求转型发展。一、转变理念观念,引导刑事检察工作循着正确的方向前行。一是牢固树立法治理念,严格坚守实体与程序并重,真正做到运用法治思维和法治方式从事司法活动;二是从有别于审判与辩护的控方立场,牢固树立打击犯罪与保障人权并重的理念; The tremendous challenge and pressure brought by procuratorial work brought by trial-centered litigation system reform have gradually emerged.
