复发性疼痛性红斑由日本Tsuboi和Ogawa于1988年提出,现报告所见类似病例。患者男性,50岁,四肢关节处反复发生红斑伴剧痛20余年,于1984年3月6日就诊。红斑常见手足小关节处,或在腕、肘或踝关节附近。红斑不增大,剧痛致患者精神烦躁。皮损常于劳累后发生,持续3～4天消退,无色素沉着,不伴发热等全身症状。仅对强的松效果显著,但仍复发。无慢性疾病史。家族史(一)。
Recurrent painful erythema was proposed by Tsuboi and Ogawa in Japan in 1988 and similar cases are now reported. Male patients, 50 years old, limbs and joints repeated erythema with severe pain more than 20 years, on March 6, 1984 treatment. Common erythema at the hands and feet joints, or in the wrist, elbow or ankle near. Erythema does not increase, severe pain caused irritability to patients. Skin lesions often occur after exertion, lasting 3 to 4 days subsided, no pigmentation, without fever and other systemic symptoms. Prednisone only significant effect, but still relapse. No chronic disease history. Family history (a).
