建立现代企业制度包括渚多方面,但建立以人为本的企业管理制度,促进企业人力资本的增值,却是关键的一环。笔者通过对闽西部分企业的调查发现,大部分企业运行正常,重视“人”的因素,启动四个“力”,即寻找动力、开发智力、开拓财力、形成合力,使逐步建立的适应本企业发展的现代企业制度得以顺利发展,促进了企业经济效益和社会效益的提高。但是,也有不少国有企业效益不景气,主要原因就是包袱重,机制不活。如果说包袱重是历史形成的外因,然而机制不行,问题就出在内因,即症结在于企业人力资本的极大消耗,存在“四重四轻”现象。即:重经营,轻管理,重应酬,轻学习)重关系,轻能力:重生产,轻文化。扭转这些偏象就在于抓住人本管理。
The establishment of a modern enterprise system includes many aspects, but the establishment of a people-oriented enterprise management system to promote the value-added of human capital in enterprises is a key aspect. Through the investigation of some enterprises in western Yunnan, the author found that most of the companies are operating normally, attaching importance to the “human” factors, and starting four “forces”, namely, looking for motivation, developing intelligence, exploiting financial resources, forming synergy, and gradually establishing the adaptation The modern enterprise system developed by the enterprise has been able to develop smoothly and promoted the improvement of the economic and social benefits of the enterprise. However, there are also many state-owned enterprises whose performance is sluggish. The main reason is the heavy burden and the lack of mechanism. If it is said that the burden is heavy on the external causes of historical formation, however, if the mechanism fails, problems will arise out of internal factors. That is to say, the crux of the problem lies in the enormous consumption of corporate human capital, and the phenomenon of “fourfold and four light” exists. That is: heavy management, light management, heavy entertainment, light learning, emphasis on relationships, light capabilities: heavy production, light culture. Reversing these biased images lies in grasping humanistic management.
