开关阀的应用越来越广泛,而液阻、液容的存在严重影响了开关阀的流量特性。对液阻、液容进行了分析,并建立了液阻和液容理论模型,给出了其理论计算公式及仿真模块图。对液阻、液容和开关阀组成的液压系统进行模型分析,建立了考虑液阻、液容的开关阀动态模型,并利用Matlab/Simulink建立了液压系统仿真模块图,通过设置不同参数对开关阀液压系统进行仿真,定性地分析了液阻、液容对开关阀流量特性的影响。仿真结果可以为开关阀的应用提供相关参考。
The application of on-off valves is more and more widespread, while the presence of liquid resistance and liquid volume seriously affects the flow characteristics of on-off valves. The liquid resistance and liquid volume were analyzed, and theoretical models of liquid resistance and liquid volume were established. The theoretical calculation formulas and simulation module diagrams were given. The hydraulic system consisting of liquid resistance, liquid volume and on-off valve is analyzed. The dynamic model of on-off valve considering liquid resistance and liquid volume is established. The hydraulic system simulation module diagram is established by using Matlab / Simulink. By setting different parameters on the switch Valve hydraulic system simulation, qualitative analysis of liquid resistance, liquid flow on the switching valve characteristics. Simulation results can be used for the on-off valve to provide relevant reference.
