根据“伏-秒”平衡原理,提出了一种基于零序偏移时间(ZSOT)的新型脉宽调制(PWM)实现方法,给出了各种 PWM 方式对应的零序偏移时间。从调制范围、开关损耗、总谐波畸变率及输出电压增益等几个方面对比分析了各种 PWM 控制的波形质量,根据分析结果,提出了一种优化的零序偏移时间实现方式,即根据调制指数和负载功率因数角的情况来调整零序偏移时间,从而实现了整个调制范围内逆变器运行的性能优化。仿真与实验结果验证了所提出方法的优越性。
According to the principle of “volt-second” balance, a novel pulse width modulation (PWM) method based on zero sequence offset time (ZSOT) is proposed, and the zero sequence offset time corresponding to various PWM modes is given. From the aspects of modulation range, switching loss, total harmonic distortion rate and output voltage gain, the waveform quality of various PWM control is analyzed and compared. Based on the analysis results, an optimized method of zero sequence offset time is proposed The zero-sequence offset time is adjusted according to the modulation index and the load power factor angle, which optimizes the performance of the inverter operation over the entire modulation range. Simulation and experimental results verify the superiority of the proposed method.
