小班化教学既是现代素质教育以及个性化教学的主要实施途径,也是学生生源集中化的必然发展途径。因此,在藏区可组织初中数学小班化课堂教学模式,利用学生的分层教育与分组教育,提升学生与初中数学教学内容、教学活动形式、教学过程之间的联系与互动,实现学生定义数学教学重点、教师选择教学切入点、教师与学生融合对接点,进而促使初中数学教学过程有效化、针对化、辅导化、差异化,全面优化藏区初中数学教学综合质量。
Small class teaching is not only the main implementation way of modern quality education and individualized teaching, but also the inevitable development way of students’ centralization. Therefore, we can organize junior high school mathematics small class classroom teaching mode in Tibetan area, make use of students’ stratification education and grouping education to improve the connection and interaction between students and junior high school mathematics teaching content, teaching activity form and teaching process, The focus of teaching, teachers choose the teaching entry point, the integration of teachers and students docking, and then to promote junior high school mathematics teaching process is effective, targeted, counseling and differentiation, comprehensive optimization of comprehensive quality of mathematics teaching in Tibetan junior high school.
