目的探讨持续被动运动机(CPM)联合高压氧治疗脑梗死偏瘫后膝关节活动不便的疗效观察。方法脑梗死并遗留膝关节僵硬或活动不便60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组采用CPM机与高压氧联合治疗,对照组采用单纯CPM治疗,治疗2个疗程后作疗效比较。结果治疗组的有效率86.67%,优于对照组的66.33%。结论 CPM联合高压氧治疗脑梗死后偏瘫侧膝关节运动功能障碍优于单纯持续被动运动机治疗,未发现任何不良反应。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of continuous passive exercise machine (CPM) combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the knee joint activity after hemiplegia after cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction and left knee stiffness or immobility were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with CPM combined with hyperbaric oxygen. The control group was treated with CPM alone. After 2 courses of treatment Comparison of efficacy. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%, which was better than 66.33% of the control group. Conclusions CPM combined with hyperbaric oxygen is superior to single continuous passive motor therapy in hemiparetic knee dysfunction after cerebral infarction. No adverse reactions were found.
