目的:探讨人性化护理对胸外科护理质量的影响。方法:选取2015年8月-2016年2月我院收治的胸外科住院患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机平均原则将其分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组采用常规胸外科护理方法,观察组采用胸外科人性化护理方法,对两组患者的护理质量和护理满意度进行观察和比较。结果:观察组患者护理质量得分是(92.05±5.84),护理满意度为95.65%,均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在胸外科护理过程中采用人性化护理方式,可有效提高护理质量和护理满意度,促进患者康复,在临床中具有应用价值。
Objective: To explore the impact of humanized nursing on the quality of thoracic surgery. Methods: Totally 92 inpatients admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to February 2016 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomization. The control group was treated by routine thoracic surgery, Observation group using thoracic surgery humane nursing methods, the two groups of patients with nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared. Results: The score of nursing quality in the observation group was (92.05 ± 5.84) and the nursing satisfaction was 95.65%, which were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The humanized nursing in the course of thoracic surgery nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction with nursing, promote the rehabilitation of patients and have clinical value.
