烧结烟气干法脱硫是目前国内冶金行业常用的脱硫技术,但脱硫产物的处理是一项难题。结合梅钢烧结烟气脱硫的特点,提出将干法脱硫灰作为熔剂返回到采用湿法脱硫工艺的烧结机回收利用的方法。烧结杯试验结果表明,配加一定比例的脱硫灰,烧结矿强度略有增加,冶金性能适度改善,但燃耗和烧结矿中的硫略有增加;工业试验结果表明,烧结配料中加入1.5%脱硫灰替代部分生石灰后,烧结矿转鼓强度没有影响,冶金性能适度改善;烧结矿中硫含量增加0.003%,燃耗有所增加,湿法脱硫烟气中硫含量未超标。干法脱硫灰通过湿法脱硫工艺得到利用,具有良好的社会和经济效益。
Sintering flue gas dry desulfurization is currently the commonly used desulfurization technology in the domestic metallurgical industry, but the treatment of desulfurization products is a difficult problem. Combined with the characteristics of sinter flue gas desulphurization in Meisteel, a method of recovering and using the dry desulphurization ash as a flux to a sintering machine adopting a wet desulphurization process is proposed. Sintering cup test results show that, with a certain percentage of desulfurized ash, a slight increase in the strength of sinter, metallurgical properties moderate improvement, but the fuel consumption and sulfur in the sinter slightly increased; industrial test results show that the sintering of ingredients added 1.5% desulfurization After replacing part of quick lime with lime, the strength of sinter drum has no effect and the metallurgical properties have been moderately improved. The sulfur content in sinter increased by 0.003% and the fuel consumption increased, while the sulfur content in wet FGD was not exceeded. Dry desulfurization ash by wet desulfurization process has been used, with good social and economic benefits.
