试验研究了在次氯酸钠漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆时 ,氨基磺酸NH2SO3H对次氯酸盐漂白的影响。结果表明 ,添加2 %~3 %(对漂率计)的氨基磺酸 ,漂白温度提高到60℃ ,漂白时间在30~40min时 ,纸浆白度可达到60 % ,漂白时间缩短40%~60 %.有利于提高漂白机的生产能力 ,并且可使纸浆铜价上升值低于常规漂白方法的铜价上升值。在有效的防止纤维过分降解 ,提高纸浆强度的同时 ,提高漂白得率 ,可降低漂白浆的成本 ,提高经济效益。
The effect of sulfamic acid NH2SO3H on hypochlorite bleaching was investigated experimentally in sodium hypochlorite bleached kraftwood hardwood pulp. The results showed that the addition of 2% ~ 3% sulfamate increased the bleaching temperature to 60 ℃, the whiteness of pulp reached 60% and the bleaching time shortened by 40% ~ 60% at bleaching time of 30 ~ 40min %. Help to improve the production capacity of the bleaching machine, and make the copper value of paper pulp rise lower than the conventional method of copper bleaching value. In the effective prevention of excessive fiber degradation, improve pulp strength, while increasing the bleaching yield, can reduce the cost of bleaching pulp and improve economic efficiency.
