近年来,由于核医学和放射免疫技术的进展,抗体在心脏病诊断和治疗中的应用日渐广泛,本文综述这方面某些临床应用。肌凝蛋白特异性抗体诊断急性心肌梗塞~(99m)锝焦磷酸盐已较成功地用于显影急性心肌梗塞,但其定位的特异性仍有缺陷。用标记同位素的心肌肌凝蛋白抗体显影是诊断急性心肌梗塞的新方法。原理和方法由于心肌梗塞的细胞膜完整性被破坏,标以放射性同位素的心肌肌凝蛋白特异性抗体可进入心肌细胞内,与肌凝蛋白结合发生抗原抗体反应而在该处浓集显影。
In recent years, due to advances in nuclear medicine and radioimmunoassay, the application of antibodies in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease is becoming more and more widespread. This article reviews some of the clinical applications in this field. Myosin specific antibody diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction ~ (99m) technetium pyrophosphate has been more successfully used for the development of acute myocardial infarction, but its specificity of localization is still deficient. The development of cardiac myosin antibodies using labeled isotopes is a novel method of diagnosing acute myocardial infarction. Principle and method Myocardial infarction due to the integrity of the cell membrane is destroyed, labeled with radioisotope cardiac myosin-specific antibodies can enter the cardiomyocytes, and myosin antigen-antibody reaction in the concentrated development.
