表皮生长因子(Epidermal Growth Factor,EGF)为一种多肽类物质,分子量6045。小鼠下颌下腺组织含有丰富的EGF,循环血中也有一定水平的EGF。雄性小鼠下颌下腺中EGF的含量约为雌性小鼠的10倍。本文采用去下颌下腺和术后以EGF替代治疗的小鼠,测定反应雄性生殖功能的几项主要参数的变化,来阐明EGF对精子发生过程的影响。组织和血浆EGF的含量以放射免疫分析技术测定。去下颌下腺后头2周,附睾内精子数量正常,术后3周下降30%,4周时只有正常对照组的45%,
Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) is a polypeptide substance with molecular weight of 6045. Mouse submandibular gland tissue rich in EGF, circulating blood also have a certain level of EGF. The content of EGF in male submandibular gland was about 10 times that of female mice. In this paper, submandibular gland and postoperative EGF-treated mice were used to determine the changes of several major parameters of the reaction of male reproductive function to clarify the impact of EGF on spermatogenesis. Tissue and plasma EGF levels were determined by radioimmunoassay.
