研究了以丙二酸二乙酯、1,6-二溴己烷为原料,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMBA)和聚乙二醇(PEG-1000)为协同相转移催化剂,在一定条件下首先合成了非离子Gemini表面活性剂中间体1,1,8,8-辛基四羧酸四乙酯,进而通过加原料溴代十八烷于1,1,8,8-辛基四羧酸四乙酯中,在相同催化剂条件下合成了标题化合物。对化合物结构进行了UV、1HNMR表征,并进一步考察了不同相转移催化剂对产率的影响。结果表明,CTMBA与PEG-1000为协同相转移催化剂效果最佳,产率可达76.35%。
The effects of CTMBA and PEG-1000 on co-phase transfer catalyst were studied using diethyl malonate, 1,6-dibromohexane as raw materials. , Under certain conditions, the first non-ionic Gemini surfactant intermediates 1,1,8,8-octyl tetracarboxylic acid tetraethyl ester, and then by adding bromine octadecane in 1,1,8,8 - octyl tetracarboxylate in the same catalyst under the conditions of the synthesis of the title compound. The structures of the compounds were characterized by UV and 1HNMR, and the effects of different phase transfer catalysts on the yield were further investigated. The results showed that CTMBA and PEG-1000 were the best co-phase transfer catalysts with a yield of 76.35%.
